AutoCalcs provides cloud-based finite element analysis (FEA) software for structural engineering calculations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoCalcs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any models or data you create using the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for your subscription plan
Provide accurate billing information
Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AUTOCALCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Engineering calculations and analysis results provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all results and ensuring they meet applicable codes and standards. AutoCalcs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculations for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOCALCS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoCalcs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
